Breathe Out - Break Out workshops are designed to create and infuse mindfulness skills to increase your ability to tolerate feelings of distress and regulate your emotions. Techniques focus on grounding and resourcing exercises shown to be effective in managing worries and negative thoughts + increasing your own resiliency. We specifically tailor techniques for People Who Stutter along their Stuttering Journey.
